How much does hire cost?

Waffle catering starts from £200 for 50 guests, with two hours of service and a staff member to prepare and serve. Choose bubble waffles or waffles on sticks; toppings and sauces are agreed when booking.

Can I combine services?

Yes. Choose the services you are interested in on the enquiry form. We will check availability and confirm the combination and price with you.

What do you need from my venue?

Tell us the venue name, town or postcode, and whether the setup will be indoors or outdoors. We will discuss space, access and any service-specific requirements before booking.

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Please tell us about any allergies or dietary needs when you enquire. We will discuss suitable options before confirming the menu; no particular provision is guaranteed until agreed.

    Free rustic letters are available on qualifying event packages over £500, subject to availability and confirmed package price. Exactly £500 does not qualify.
